This historic property was built in 1934 by NYC advertising icon Arthur H. Kudner Sr. The estate was designed to host Kudner’s famous friends and family. From politicians to Hollywood, sports, and publishing elite, this iconic waterfront property is laced with history and fun. One of the most famous guests includes Grace Kelly or better known as Princess Grace of Monaco.
